Welcome to CreatorBook.in. By accessing our website, downloading our mobile application, or purchasing the "Creator Growth eBook," you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Nature of Service (1 Year License)
Please understand the nature of the product before purchasing. By making a payment, you agree that:
- Subscription Model: You are purchasing a 1-Year Non-Exclusive License to access and read the "Creator Growth eBook". Your access rights will expire automatically 365 days after the date of purchase.
- Updates Policy: During your 1-year validity period, you are entitled to receive 3 Future Content Updates absolutely free of cost.
- Renewal: After 1 year, you may choose to renew your access for a nominal fee to continue receiving updates and reading rights.
- No Downloads: The purchase does NOT include a downloadable PDF file or a physical book. The content is "Read Online Only" via our secure Flipbook Viewer.
2. User Accounts & Security
- Registration: You must sign in using a valid Google Account to access your purchase.
- Single User Policy: Your account is for your personal use only. Sharing your login credentials with others to provide them free access is strictly prohibited.
- Account Monitoring: We monitor account activity (such as IP changes and simultaneous logins). If we detect suspicious account sharing or piracy attempts, your account may be suspended immediately without refund.
3. Intellectual Property (Copyright)
All content provided on CreatorBook.in (text, images, graphics, logos, and the eBook content) is the intellectual property of Creator Book and is protected by Indian and International Copyright laws.
You agree NOT to:
- Take screenshots or screen recordings of the eBook content (Our app uses technology to block this).
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any part of the content.
- Attempt to bypass our security measures or reverse-engineer the viewer.
Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination and legal action.
4. Payments and Refunds
- Pricing: Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.
- Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the service (immediate access to intellectual property), all sales are final. We do NOT offer refunds. Please read our Refund Policy for exceptions.
5. User Conduct (Reviews & Community)
If you submit a review or testimonial:
- You agree to provide truthful and accurate information based on your experience.
- You grant us a perpetual license to display your review on our marketing materials and website.
- We reserve the right to remove reviews that are abusive, spammy, or irrelevant.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The "Creator Growth eBook" is an educational resource based on our 10+ years of experience. However:
- We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., "1 Million Subscribers in 1 Month"). Your success depends on your own effort, content quality, consistency, and market conditions.
- The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding server uptime, though we strive for 99.9% uptime.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorBook.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
