Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Our Policy: No Refunds on Digital Access
At CreatorBook.in, we offer immediate access to our proprietary knowledge base ("Creator Growth eBook") via a digital viewer.
Due to the nature of digital goods, where the value (knowledge/information) is consumed immediately upon unlocking the content, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Unlike physical products, digital access cannot be "returned." Once you have logged in and the book content has loaded for your account, the service is considered "Delivered" and "Consumed."
2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds?
- Immediate Value: The moment payment is confirmed, your account gains access to 10+ years of YouTube experience.
- No Revocation: Once knowledge is gained, it cannot be taken back.
- Server Costs: We incur costs for secure hosting, database management, and payment gateway fees for every transaction.
3. Invalid Reasons for Refund Requests
We do NOT honor refund requests for the following reasons:
- "I thought I could download a PDF": Our website and terms clearly state that this is a "Read Online / Flipbook" service and no file download is provided to prevent piracy.
- "I didn't like the content": We provide ample sample pages and detailed descriptions before purchase so you know exactly what you are buying.
- "I changed my mind": Change of mind is not a valid ground for refunding digital services.
4. Exceptions (When Refunds Are Possible)
We are fair. We will issue a full refund ONLY in the following specific technical scenarios:
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same account due to a technical glitch. (Proof of both transactions required).
- Service Failure: If you paid, but the book access was NEVER unlocked in your account, AND our support team failed to fix the issue within 48 hours of your complaint.
5. How to Request a Refund (For Exceptions Only)
If your case falls under the "Exceptions" listed above, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@creatorbook.in within 3 days of the transaction.
- Subject Line: "REFUND REQUEST - [Your Payment ID]".
- Attach a screenshot of the payment receipt.
- Explain the technical issue clearly.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card) within 5-7 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank without contacting our support team first is considered a violation of our terms. This will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your Creator Book account.
