Welcome to CreatorBook.in ("we," "our," or "us"). We provide a digital reading platform where users can purchase and read the "Creator Growth eBook" via our interactive Flipbook Viewer (images-based reading).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. It complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India), and adheres to the strict user data policies of Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

1. Information We Collect

To provide you with secure access to the "My Book" section (Flipbook), we collect the following data:

A. Account & Identity Data (Required)

Since the book is not downloadable and requires an active session to read, we collect:

• Google Account Info: Name, Email Address, and Profile Picture (collected via Firebase Authentication).
• User ID (UID): A unique code assigned to your account to link your payment status with your access rights.

B. Payment Information

• We DO NOT store credit card numbers, CVVs, or banking passwords.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We only receive a transaction status (Success/Fail) and a Transaction ID to verify your purchase.

C. Reading Progress & Device Data

• Sync Data: We store your "Last Read Page Number" in our database so you can switch devices (e.g., Mobile to Desktop) and continue reading from the same page.
• Device Info: IP address and device model to prevent unauthorized account sharing (piracy protection).

2. Service Nature: "Read Online" (No Download)

To protect our intellectual property and provide a secure experience, our service operates on a "Stream-Only" model:

• No File Downloads: We do not offer a downloadable PDF or offline file. The book pages are loaded as high-quality images within the app/website viewer.
• No Storage Permission Needed: Our app does not require permission to access your device's file manager since we do not save files to your local storage.
• Internet Requirement: An active internet connection is required to load the book pages (images).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely for the following purposes:

• Authentication: To verify your identity via Google Login.
• Access Control: To check if your account has a valid "Paid" status before loading the book images.
• User Experience: To remember your last read page (Bookmark feature).
• Communication: To send purchase invoices and important content updates via email.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data to advertisers. We share data only with necessary infrastructure providers:

• Google Firebase: For secure Authentication and Real-time Database (to store reading progress).
• Razorpay: To process payments and refunds.
• Analytics: We use aggregated, anonymized data (via Google Analytics) to understand which chapters are most popular.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion (User Rights)

Retention: We retain your account data (Purchase status) indefinitely to ensure you have lifetime access to the book.

Right to Delete (App Store Requirement): You have the absolute right to delete your account. However, since your purchase is tied to your account, deletion will result in the permanent loss of access to the eBook.

6. Security Measures

We protect your data using industry-standard security:

• HTTPS/SSL: All data transmission is encrypted.
• Secure Database Rules: Your reading data is private and can only be accessed by your authenticated User ID.
• Anti-Screenshot Technology: Our viewer uses technology to discourage screen recording to protect copyright.

7. Children's Privacy

Our platform provides educational content for creators and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
